The pail packing machine is designed to take-up welding wire with Ф0.8mm—Ф1.60mm from metal spool into papper pails, it can take-up upto 250kg, 350kg per pail.

The pail packing machine is composed of 800mm pay-off unit, dancer (installed on the top of main machine), main take-up machine, electrical cabinet (installed on the main machine), connecting cable between units, pail trails etc. the above are supplied by supplier.

Power supply, power cables from power supply to machine cabinet, air compressor and pipes to machine and butt welding machine are provided by final user.
